Snap
Twitter’s new camera powered by Snap will create a new way people can react, connect, and express themselves on the timeline.
Although this project failed to launch due to partnerships, the team and I ideated and presented industry-leading ideas to the Studio and partners.
Oh Snap!

Old School AR Sample Script
We open on a young guy, “Greg” - like cousin Greg from Succession - He’s eating a hard boiled egg in his cubicle, scrolling through Twitter. We see the Tweet he’s reading.
Tweet copy: “Imagine eating hard-boiled eggs in the office. Such a red flag.”
Greg pauses mid-bite into the hard boiled egg he’s eating - and looks around.
He frantically grabs a red sticky note, cuts it into flags, and sticks them to his face. He takes a selfie, egg in mouth, and responds to the Tweet.
Tweet copy: “Sorry not sorry.”
End scene.
Next, still at the desk, scrolling on Twitter, he takes off the last sticky note. We see another Tweet.
Tweet copy: “Explain yourself in one hashtag.”
He grabs a marker and feverishly draws ‘#BLESSED’ all over his face. His coworker glares over the cubicle. Greg snaps a selfie. Send Tweet.
He chuckles to himself, grabs a wet wipe and wipes his face. Nothing comes off. He looks at the marker and it reads PERMANENT. He continues to rub the wipe on his face aggressively.
End scene.
Lastly, Greg is at his desk with ‘#BLESSED’ still slightly visible. Defeated, he reopens Twitter. He sees a Tweet with the ‘this is fine’ meme. He looks around and gathers some supplies.
We zoom out and he’s recreated the meme with cardboard and office supplies. Lit match in hand. The screen goes black and the fire alarm goes off.
Narrator: “Don’t wreck yourself. Express yourself.”
We come back to Greg at his desk swiping through the Twitter Lenses with ease.
Narrator: “Twitter Lenses. Coming soon.”
